As I was diligently studying Psychology several hours before the exam..::cough::.
I remembered one of the chapters talked about how one is able to cope with certain situations that they have to face. I know there are days like today, where I feel down about certain situations and don't know what to do.
that tugs our morals, our thoughts, that eventually guides our actions.
As for me..., from self observation, I think I've recently developed, perhaps discovered, another category of decision making.
This category deals with the pansy/weakling me
against the stronger/tough me.
(Lets forget the other category of Decision making...)
| Crazy, sleep deprived me |
These two only come out when the situation is too tough or confusing for me to handle. I noticed that I sometimes try to give up and hide..but before that ever happens..a much stronger persona comes out to stop that..

The tougher me tells myself to just shut up and accept that this is who I am.
That if I can't love myself, no one else could.
Its helped me a lot recently.
I've learned that its not good to hold things inside for too long. That its best to let them go. Cry, punch, or scream it out if you must.

For me, dancing is always the best way to handle a tough situation.
And if there are other people around me
I don't give a damn ..
I just dance.
